As a customer of PWSD4, you might get your usage report and bill by postcard. Here's my breakdown of what this information means.

Meter Readings

• Current – The estimated meter reading at the end if the billing cycle
• Previous – The estimated meter reading at the end if the previous billing cycle
• Usage - The difference (current - previous = usage)

Invoice

• Item – Usually water

• Description

• Amount – The cost of the item

• Total – The amount you owe when paid by the due date

• Due By – The due date and bill amount

• Due After – The late date and late amount

Service Dates

The billing period. Note how the bill is due about 3 weeks after the end of the cycle.
